Job Title:	Operations Manager
Duties:	Candidate will be required to communicate with customers and all necessary parties to determine freight schedule reqirements in various cities within the United States. You will be required to enter load information and maintain pick-up, delivery and billing data. You will also coordinate loads with third party carriers and manage the operations staff. Duties also include maintenance of customer records and enforce company policy, procedures and government regulations.
Minimum Requirements:	Must have 2-5 years of successful experience in truck load brokerage operations management. Available to work a traditional schedule.
Preferred Requirements:	College degree preferred. Experience in truck load brokerage operations management with 5 years of sales experience in contract carrier industry would be a plus.
